• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

This would have to be one of the best purchases I’ve made. The reformer is fantastic quality, smooth and quiet while aesthetically pleasing. The online classes are fantastic and just like taking a studio class. I love the workouts and always feel amazing afterwards.

Outstanding Brand and service

I had previously ordered a reformer bed for my wife for Christmas. After the said supplier’s chosen freight company lost the reformer bed I spent a couple of weeks back and forth trying to get an answer whether I would be receiving a refund not a new bed my wife was thrilled.
Apparently Sally had been eyeing off a “your reformer” for quite some time.
After calling a super lovely, helpful lady in sales at your reformer explaining our situation she worked out we could have a “your reformer” Pilates bed delivered the following Tuesday. Expecting a courier to turn up and dump a box on our drive we were completely surprised when a van with 2x your reformer staff jumped out and set up the new bed in exactly where we wanted it!
The service and assistance this company provided us was one of the best retail experiences we have ever received. The fact they the quality of the bed was a bonus.

Love my reformer!

I am an avid Pilates reformer junkie! I have always attended a very small studio with maximum five members in each class. I did this three times a week. It was very expensive, but how it makes my body feel has always been worth the investment. I was hesitant to purchase my own machine and I was particularly worried about the quality of the classes that I would be able to access from home. My beautiful, ivory coloured machine arrived. Not only does it look beautiful inmy home, I am so impressed with the quality. The most impressive thing though is the quality of the classes. Rather than doing Pilates three days a week I have increased this to 5 days a week. The flexibility of having the machine in my own home means I now have time to go for a walk after a class, which is a wonderful way to stretch out. I love, love, love my machine and wish I had of done it years ago.
