• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

I have only been doing reformer pilates for 6mths but was hooked straight away. Although I enjoyed classes at a studio, I felt rushed trying to get to a class I had booked and felt restricted due to strict cancellation policies. Having a reformer at home means there is no pressure to get to a class and being self motivated, means sessions are done almost daily instead of only twice a week using Your reformer on demand and another service. This reformer is excellent quality, glides well, the components are well made. I love it so much!
This bed is nothing short of a masterpiece! The quality is insane and the set up was so so easy. The app is the perfect way to learn about the reformer bed and gives such an amazing variety of workouts with so many exercises I never would have thought of / muscles you didn’t know you could work on a reformer. To say I’m obsessed is an understatement
