Loving the convenience

I used to do classes at my gym but found the schedule difficult to incorporate into my schedule. I now have rented one and It’s really nice to be able to do it at whatever time suits me and better still to be able to stop and start the app class as I need to. To adjust things and get into position at my pace. Loving the concept and enjoying the convenience.

I was super nervous about purchasing one of these as they are quite pricey upfront. However the quality is next level and the customer service and free delivery service is 5 star!!

I’m a mum to four young earthlings and I’m absolutely struggling to find time to get to the gym (it’s 30 mins from home) and I’m also so tired of the kids getting sick from the creche and then not being able to attend but still paying for the services.

I’m on my first week beginners programme and I’m absolutely loving it. Sore for all the right reasons and already feeling so much stronger. The app has so many options and the coaching is so informative and easy to follow.

New to reformer pilates

I wasn't sure how I would like reformer pilates but 24 days in and I'll be seriously considering buying a bed when my rental contract is over. I use it everyday. I'm 14 weeks post gastric sleeve so this has been a nice way to exercise without going to the gym.
