Love YR

I am so impressed with my new reformer on so many levels!!
The machine is amazing! Generously sized, so smooth and quiet, comfortable and wonderfully cushioned (bed, headrest, shoulder rest, platform), firm springs that are easily adjustable (although a bit heavier that I was used to), and so good having the second row to further modify the weight of the bed. The foot bar is also simple to move and adjust. The handles (long and short) are soft and comfortable too. I love how you can adjust the height of the bed to make it taller and raised from the floor.
The jump board, and box are awesome too - spacious in size and comfortably cushioned.
I think one of the things I have loved most is the incredible customer service and support. All my questions were answered so promptly and with so much friendliness and kindness - so patient and understanding!!
Similarly, the delivery service was great and the two guys who installed it were fabulous- prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.
Since receiving the bed, I have used it every day and can’t get get enough of it!
The after sales customer service has continued to be brilliant and responsive too.
I am so impressed by YR, the product quality, price, and customer service has been second to none.
I am so happy I made the decision to buy. Thanks so much - I highly recommend buying this to anyone who loves Pilates reformer!!

So convenient

So good having the reformer in my home. I can exercise at any time of day I choose, and there are so many video classes to join via the app. The classes are categorised and easy to find with a search field. You can also save your favourites to make it easier to get started straight away. Instructors are knowledgeable and give Great prompts throughout the sessions, checking on form, giving tips and alternative exercises depending on your level or existing injuries. In addition to that there are dedicated classes to cater to all types of injuries and recovery.

Very easy process from ordering, delivery and using

We have been doing reformer pilates for years now and thought it was time to get our very own. With a little research we stumbled across 'Your Reformer' and were immediately hooked. With no hesitation or second thoughts we ordered our foldable reformer, had it delivered, installed and are now using it regularly with the online classes or just stretching. 10/10 for the entire product range really and also value for money: we used to pay at least $25+ for 45 minutes in the studio. The 'Your Reformer' subscription for $20+ish per month or $234+ish for the year is actually a very good price. It offers you classes and instructions - basically everything you need to know around the reformer.

We will always do reformer pilates as we can see the health benefits and we are so very happy with our reformer.

We highly recommend this company and their products - you will NOT be disappointed.

We are so very happy with our reformer and also the online classes which at $20ish per month or $234ish for the year are A LOT more affordable than paying $25+ for 45 minutes every time we went into the studio. One of our best decision we have made, we have no regrets, the money is well spent and we use the reformer regularly for classes or just stretching. We are extremely happy with what we have :-)

Give it a try if you’re on the fence!

I’d sadly given up on reformer due to the rigid booking policies of studios, but what a difference it makes being able to do it at home! I do find the machine can have a few more noises than those I’ve used in studio, but it’s minor and everything else seems on par. So far I’ve been able to achieve everything I’d like to, and enjoyed the journey. The delivery experience was great and I loved how the guys set up my accessories in a cute little display against the wall. The included app is a must-have as well. I look forward to continuing my rental period and hopefully progressing to buying my own Your Reformer!
