The BEST investment EVER!

Where do I even begin!! I just received my reformer today and the colour (ivory) is stunning and the quality is chefs kiss. The professionalism and customer service of the team was so amazing. I initially purchased the original reformer but realised my area was smaller than I thought and I was better off getting the folding. I contacted the team and they were so quick to respond and accommodating! The delivery team were also great in setting up the reformer and explaining how it works. Ugh! I’m so happy, I LOVE IT!

Amazing quality and service

I recently moved to an area with few Reformer Pilates studios, so I have ordered the Original Folding bed for my home studio.

The online order process was straightforward, and the bed arrived only a few days later. The delivery crew assembled the bed within minutes and explained how to fold it for future moves etc.

The Original Folding bed is of exceptional quality, comparable to the professional studio beds I'm used to. Plus, the class resources available via the App make using it a cinch.

If you are contemplating on investing, think no more and order it!!

The complete package

With our reformer arriving a week ago I can honestly say “it’s the complete package” the professionalism of service, the app is easy to use and plenty of sessions to choose from (depending on my mood) and how flawless the reformer is to use.

Outstanding service delivery

Having received my Reformer 8 days ago I am overwhelmed with the quality of the product, design and the standard of finish and engineering, which is out standing .

So product A1 - however the care and attention provided to a slightly high maintenance customer (me) was beyond gold star. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely focussed on ensuring I was cared for.

The team went above and beyond and the real standouts were the valet delivery team.
