• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

Quality product and great service

My reformer arrived a couple of weeks ago, just over a week after placing my order. Service throughout the whole experience was excellent, with clear communication and answering questions online and clear indication of delivery. Valet delivery and set up was seamless, with no issues navigating doorways, small numbers of stairs and narrow passages. The reformer itself is such good quality. I have used the your reformer app at my local gym over the last year and a half but being able to use it at home without the loud and meat headed gym environment is so enjoyable! I only wish I had taken the leap earlier!

Moves like a dream

So thankful I was able to afford such a luxury at home. I bought the mocha colouring and she’s divine! No clunking or spring noise, just smooth rolling moves, works like a dream. Will need two people to move into position but sturdy and well made. Couldn’t be happier, am addicted.
