• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

I have never use a reformer before nor have I attended a pilates class, but took a gamble on purchasing a reformer for our new gym. What an investment. The delivery of the reformer was so convenient with the delivery men carefully setting up my machine where I wanted and took me through how to use. Since getting the reformer I have used it almost every night following the beginner classes on the app which are amazing, already loving the results I am seeing. Love the quality of the products also- having placed a seperate order now for arm/leg weights and resistance bands- which again are great quality.
The support team are also so responsive and helpful, I had a few queries prior to my purchase and the team were so helpful and really made me feel confident with this big purchase.

Absolutely love my reformer Pilates machine! I’ve used it every single day since it arrived, and it’s hands-down the best purchase I’ve made. Living out of town with kids means getting to classes isn’t always possible, but now I can get a full, studio-quality workout right at home. It’s convenient, fun, and has made such a difference to my energy. Worth every cent!
