• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

Best fitness decision I have made

As a mum of 3 kids under 4, I am very time poor. This reformer has been game-changing for me.
I can jump on during nap-time or after they go to bed. There is no pre-planning care for the kids to get to a gym as I can do a full body workout at home. As for the reformer itself, it is great quality, smooth and comfortable.
I bought the folding one thinking I could store it folded and unfold it when needed, unfortunately that is not the case as it is a bit heavy to fold on my own. But that is ok, I found space in my home to have it permanently setup which is probably better as I use it every day.
I am a very happy customer. Great value for money.
