Our Your Reformer Delivery Team will deliver and assemble your Reformer in your designated Pilates space, along with all of your essential Pilates accessories.

If you choose to not continue your Rental subscription, simply complete the Rental Return Request form [hyperlink form] and we will contact you to arrange a date for The Your Reformer Delivery Team to collect the Reformer and Rental accessories.

Note: The Rental must be collected from the same location it was delivered. If you are moving house, please contact us to ensure the Reformer is not being transported outside of our Rental zones. Delivery charges will incur for pick-ups outside of the designated Rental areas.

• Keep your Reformer indoors and protected from the elements.
• No food or drink on the Reformer.
• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

Rental experience so far

I have had my reformer for a few weeks now and still using it.

I have had the rental reformer for a few weeks now and I'm loving it. It is so convenient to be able to hop on the reformer and do a workout anytime that suits me. The videos on the app are great, with lots of variety of classes offered. The support team is also very helpful and responsive to any questions that I have. I love my reformer so much! I have been jumping out of bed in the morning to jump on my reformer every day! super super happy with my rental.

Best thing ever!

As a full time working mum, being able to do the classes on my own time and at home has been so wonderful. I do way more than before, including so much more post run stretching. So much cheaper than 3 times a week at the studio and the customer service has been so great.

I’d sadly given up on reformer due to the rigid booking policies of studios, but what a difference it makes being able to do it at home! I do find the machine can have a few more noises than those I’ve used in studio, but it’s minor and everything else seems on par. So far I’ve been able to achieve everything I’d like to, and enjoyed the journey. The delivery experience was great and I loved how the guys set up my accessories in a cute little display against the wall. The included app is a must-have as well. I look forward to continuing my rental period and hopefully progressing to buying my own Your Reformer!
