This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. Please note: if you are using the Pilates Wedge for a medical condition or limitation, it should only be used under the instruction/guidance of a qualified practitioner.
