    Interesting gift to receive as consolation

    Initially appreciated the gesture of gifting me a Pilates Pack in lieu of the Your Reformer/Luxury Escapes prize. However upon receiving it and realising it was a reformer mat (for the reformer that I was not receiving) it did feel like a bit of a slap in the face.
    Didn't feel like a huge consolation considering the companies mistake of publicly announcing me as the winner before checking your own T&Cs. If you do happen to own a reformer, I'm sure it's a good pack.

    Nearly 2 weeks later and I still have not received my order

    Pretty slack! I ordered my Pilates pack on the 9th of September and I still are yet to receive my order. 2 weeks for delivery…. This is disappointing
