Yes, Your Reformer will provide a link to a large library of assets you can download and use to support the launch of your studio with professional photography and videos. You can add your brand to these assets once downloaded, with full use rights.

Pending on your region, shipping will take between 8-12 weeks from paid deposit, this includes manufacturing time. Our team will provide a clear timeline so you can plan your studio opening. We will also provide shipping information in transit so you can stay up to date at all times.

It's our goal to personally deliver everyReformer to each studio. Whilst we achieve this on most occasions, some regions with limited logistics support and unique custom processes have required teamwork between YourReformer logistics and the customer to find the best and cost effective solution. Our logistics team are experts in shipping globally and will support the entire process now having shipped to all continents (apart from Antarctica). 

Yes, we provide small hand tools for servicing and spare wear and tear items. Whilst it's unlikely you will require additional parts, it provides comfort in knowing you can immediately utilise these in the unlikely event of a part replacement requirement. Best practice is to perform regular preventative maintenance on yourReformers. This is very easy to complete and we have designed ourReformers with this in mind. We provide full video libraries which are available to support you remotely at anytime.
