Gyms and studios are always looking for ways to add value to a membership without adding friction, and that's exactly what our new integration with ABC Glofox and ABC Ignite is designed to do. Your Reformer now connects directly with the membership and booking systems you already use, so bringing Reformer Pilates into your facility no longer means bolting on a separate app, a separate login, or a separate process for your team to manage.
What the integration actually does
At its core, the integration is simple: Your Reformer Kiosks connect with your existing ABC Glofox or ABC Ignite CRM system and use the member, membership, and booking information you already hold to manage access to the Kiosk Facility. There's no new database to maintain and no manual list of who's allowed to use the Reformers. Your existing system already knows who's a member, what their membership includes, and whether they have a booking, and Your Reformer simply reads that information to decide who gets access.
That means operators keep using the platform they already know, members keep using the app they already have on their phone, and the Reformer experience just becomes another part of the facility they belong to.
Two ways to access the Kiosk Facility
We've built the integration to work the way you actually operate, which is why there are two access modes.
Booked-In Mode is for facilities that want bookings tied to Reformer access. A member books a session, the integration checks that their membership and booking are valid, and they're recognised and let into the Kiosk Facility automatically. It creates a clean, connected line from booking, to membership validation, to Kiosk access, to workout, without a staff member needing to step in and check anyone off a list.
Walk-In Mode is for facilities that want to offer more flexibility. Members with an eligible membership can access the Kiosk Facility without booking ahead of time if the location has this enabled. The integration still checks that their membership gives them access, but the whole thing happens right at the kiosk as a simple check-in, no booking required.
Most locations will land somewhere between the two, using bookings to manage busy periods and walk-in access to keep things flexible the rest of the time. Either way, it's the existing Glofox or ABC Ignite setup doing the work behind the scenes.
Why it matters for gyms
For gym operators, this integration turns Reformer Pilates into a premium offering that sits naturally inside a membership they already sell, rather than a separate product members have to opt into. It increases Reformer utilisation by making access as easy as booking any other class, and it takes the admin burden off staff, since access rules are enforced automatically instead of relying on someone manually checking who's allowed in. The result is a more professional, more integrated experience that feels like a natural extension of the gym's current systems, not an add-on bolted on top.
Why it matters for members
For members, it means one less app to think about. They can access Your Reformer through the same platform they already use for the rest of their membership, whether that's booking ahead through Booked-In Mode or simply walking up and checking in through Walk-In Mode. It's a consistent experience across their whole membership journey, with no separate accounts, no separate logins, and no learning curve.
The bigger picture
This integration is about removing friction for facilities and members alike. By meeting gyms and studios where they already are, on the systems they already run, Your Reformer becomes far easier to adopt and far easier to scale across the ABC Glofox or ABC Ignite network. It's a genuinely connected experience: one system, one membership, one seamless path from booking to workout.
