Your Reformer Product Warranty – Consumer Use
Introduction
This warranty sets out the terms of the Limited Warranty provided by U Be Fit Pty Ltd ACN 129 190 450 as trustee for the Stallworthy Business Trust (trading as “Your Reformer”) (referred to as “we, “our” or “Your Reformer”) in relation to the goods you purchase from us.
The Limited Warranty is our promise to repair or replace defective goods in accordance with these terms and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. IMPORTANT NOTICE – AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where repair services are provided, those services also come with guarantees under the ACL that they will be carried out with due care and skill.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or replace, your rights under the ACL.
2. Scope of This Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided by Your Reformer and applies to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the YR Studio Bed, YR Original Folding Bed and YR Original Bed (YR Equipment). For commercial purchasers of our YR Equipment, please see our Commercial Use Warranty available here. [LV1]
Use outside these conditions may affect warranty coverage but does not affect your statutory rights under the ACL.
3. Warranty Periods
The Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials arising under normal use for the following periods from the date of original delivery:
| Component | Warranty Period |
| Aluminium carriage rails, aluminium frame, wood carriage rails, wood frame, gear bar, foot bar | 2 years |
| Springs, straps and ropes | 1 year |
| Upholstery | 4 months |
| All other reformer components and accessories | 1 year |
This warranty applies to the original purchaser or the recipient of gifted equipment, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied.
4. What This Warranty Covers
During the applicable warranty period, Your Reformer will, at its discretion and subject to the ACL:
- Repair the defective component; or
- Replace the defective component with the same or a comparable model.
Any repaired or replaced component will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not extend or restart the warranty period.
5. Major vs Minor Failures (ACL Explanation)
Under the ACL:
- A minor failure is one that can be fixed within a reasonable time. In this case, Your Reformer is entitled to repair or replace the goods.
- A major failure occurs where the goods:
- Would not have been purchased had the consumer known about the issue;
- Are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed; or
- Are unsafe.
For a major failure, you may choose whether you receive a refund or replacement.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
